When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number, along with details of what you ordered. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we do not see or store your full card number.
If you message us, we keep that correspondence so we can deal with your query and refer back to it if you contact us again.
Our website records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, so the site works and so we can see where problems are occurring.
Health information
Where we ask you questions before supplying a medicine, your answers are health information and are treated with particular care. They are seen only by the pharmacy team, are used only to decide whether a supply is appropriate, and are kept as part of the pharmacy record.
Why we use it
To take and fulfil your order and to contact you about it; to meet our legal and professional obligations as a pharmacy, including record keeping; to prevent fraud; and, if you have asked for them, to send you marketing messages.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary with our delivery partner so your order can be delivered, with our payment provider so payment can be taken, and with professional regulators or other authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Pharmacy records are kept for the period required by the professional standards that apply to them. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep your basket and your session working, and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the shop may stop working if you do.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to how we are using it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To do any of these, contact us using the details below.
