These terms apply to your use of pharmacyshopuk.co.uk and to anything you order from us. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been accepted. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the delivery details, or if we are not satisfied the sale would be appropriate.

Medicines

Medicines are supplied in accordance with UK law. Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription. Where an item is a pharmacy medicine, we may ask you questions before supplying it, and we may decline to supply where it would not be appropriate to do so.

Always read the label and the patient information leaflet. Keep medicines out of the reach of children. If you are unsure whether something is suitable for you, speak to a pharmacist or your doctor before using it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when the order is placed.

We try to keep prices and product details accurate. If we find an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Delivery

Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our delivery page. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Some goods are excluded: for health protection reasons, medicines and sealed health or hygiene products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, and medicines cannot be returned to stock once they have left the pharmacy.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right. Nothing here affects your legal rights.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for the information you give us being accurate.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where the law does not allow it to be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on the site when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
